Ich komme nicht klar

Vielleicht kann mir mal jemand raten was ich hier machen könnte..
Ich hatte schonmal hier nachgefragt-ABER- nun wird es ernst ...ich soll für eine Freundin die Seite warten(bilder einfügen oder mal ne Kleinigkeit ändern...)
Ich kann leider mit dem Code nix anfangen,weil ich nur XHTML(eine wenig) kann...dieses Kuddelmuddel da find ich mich nicht raus...
Ich stelle mal hier den Code von einer Seite rein...wo der Validator 40 Fehler ausgibt....Die ganze Seite ist VOLLER Fehler,gesamt sind es *245* auf der gesamten HP...kann mir jemand helfen? Ansonsten ist die Seite ja nicht schlecht...sie möchte aber am Design sonst nichts geändert haben...

Ich habe leider nicht das Wissen den Code umzuschreiben,kann jemand mir mal raten was ich hier machen soll???
