Probleme bei der Erstellung einer Rezessiven html Internetseite

Hallo, ich habe vor eine eigene Webseite zu gestallten und diese dementsprechend gerne responiv ! Ich habe erstmal damit angefangen ein Grundgerüst zu erstellen... Allerdings funktioniert das ned so recht, da bei verkleinern der Seite unterhalb ein Schieberegler erscheint und somit nicht die ganze Seite verkleinert wird! Ich danke schonmal für jede Hilfe!

Ich weiß ja nicht, wie andere das sehen, aber ich werde mir keine Datei downloaden, entpacken und mir dann ansehen.

Die Css die du gepostet hast bringt und ohne Html eigentlich gar nix.
Deine zip Datein wird hier kaum ein runterladen , deswegen solltest du ein Test erstellen bei Codepen , bplaced oder sonst wo .
Dann können wir deine Css ,Html und Js Datein sehen und an besten auch das problem was du beschreibst.
